SENDING YOUR RETURN
21 Days - Once your order is delivered, you have 21 days to lodge your return at the post office or with a courier.
Return Shipping Costs - You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs.
Tracking Number & Insurance - We highly recommend adding parcel tracking to your return and even parcel insurance. It is not uncommon for parcels to be delayed, misdirected and even lost.
Item Condition - The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We don't accept garments with makeup stains, cigarette or perfume odour or items that have been washed, altered or worn. We kindly ask you to fold the item neatly to preserve its integrity.
Name and Order Number - Please include a small note/paper with your full name and 4-digit order number. If you are returning two or more orders, you can send them in one parcel and include both order numbers on your note.
We also greatly appreciate you including any feedback/reason for your return eg. Too small, Too big, Not the right colour, Not the right fit because... etc.
Packaging - Your item was packaged in a transparent garment bag with a barcode sticker. If possible, please return this bag so we can dispose of it properly and so we can scan the barcode for a quicker return process. We do not use hang tags, except on PARAISO Wrap Dresses and UDAIPUR Dresses. These hang tags must be returned.
Please consider your environmental impact – We encourage you to re-use your compostable mailing satchel. Avoid plastic satchels if you can.

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
A few simple steps are needed so EU Customs accept your return.
Step 1: Download and print your Return Order Invoice from your order confirmation email and bring it to the post office.
Step 2: At the post office, fill in the required Customs forms correctly,
Step 3: It is important to attach your Return Order Invoice and Customs forms to the outside of your parcel, in a clear plastic wallet or envelope.
To avoid your parcel being returned to sender, ask your post office staff for assistance with your Customs forms if needed.
UK customers - You can fill in your customs forms online beforehand. Visit the Post Office website to fill in and print your customs forms.
Exchanges - Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and place a new order.
Ineligible Returns - If we receive an item that is not eligible for return, e.g. an item with stains or an item that was sent too late, then the customer may need to cover the shipping costs to send it back to them.

Processing Your Refund - Once your return is delivered to our returns address, you will usually be refunded within 7 business days. At peak times the refund process might take up to 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email notification only once your order is refunded. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping add-ons and extras, such as express shipping, are non-refundable.
Can't See Your Refund? - You should receive your refund within a few business days of receiving your refund notification. If you cannot see the funds in your account, please check with your bank before contacting us.
